We have a lot of exciting things to share with you today, so, let's begin!
BackerKit Surveys Deadline - 12/12/2020
A few weeks ago the BackerKit Surveys were sent to all of our backers (you can find all the information about these surveys in our previous update HERE).
10% of our backers are still pending to complete their survey. Completing this survey is very very important to make sure you receive all the items and rewards you pledged for during the campaign, so please make sure you filled out your survey before the deadline (12/12/2020).
If you lost your survey email, or you never received one, you can access the survey recovery page. You'd just have to enter your email address to receive another survey link. If you do not get your email from BackerKit after this, please contact us here on Kickstarter, Discord,or through our e-mail ([email protected]).
New "Designer" tier NPCs
Last week we mailed the "Designer" tier backers to start working on the design of their new characters. Now we are honored to share some of the new members of Lonesome Village.
If you are a "Designer" tier backer, you should have received a mail from <pablo.d*******@gmail.com>, about this subject. If you did not receive a mail, please contact us so we can start working together on the design of your new characters.

BackerKit Surveys Sent!
After we made sure everything about the surveys is as good as it can be, we started sending the surveys to all of our backers with the help of our pledge manager BackerKit.
BackerKit it's a reputable 3rd-party company that assists in fulfilling Kickstarter pledges.
You should receive an email from BackerKit explaining what you need to do to claim your pledge rewards. Additionally, anyone who wishes to upgrade their pledge or add additional items will be able to do so once again!
For those of you who pledged extra money: Anything extra you paid over your pledge tier will be credited to you, and you will be able to choose add-ons equaling that credit amount. Anyone else wishing to buy extra add-ons will also be given the chance to do so.
If you do not get your email from BackerKit within a few days, please contact us here on Kickstarter, Discord, or through our e-mail ([email protected]).
IMPORTANT - Information about shipping. All the physical rewards will be delivered early next year. To make sure you get the best price possible, shipping fees will be calculated just before product delivery. We also know some of our backers might change their address in the mid-time. Therefore, we will send another round of o emails just to recollect your shipping information and collect the shipment fee.

Hi again, everyone!
We were planning to send the surveys today. However, thanks to a double check on BackerKit, we noticed that we need to make some adjustments to the surveys before sending them. As we want to make sure everything runs smoothly, we've decided to delay the surveys until next week.
We will work on this to make sure the surveys will be as effective as possible. Please accept our apologies for the delay.

As we mention in the previous update, we will collaborate with BackerKit to handle the pledges management of the Lonesome Village Kickstarter campaign.

Here are the latest news regarding Lonesome Village 😀

To all our backers we want to share that the survey to gather all the information about your rewards will be sent in the next two weeks.
This time frame is because it is the time Kickstarter takes to allow all backers to complete and fix their payments.
We will be using BackerKit as the pledge manager. This is a great tool that will help backers and us in this process 🙂
BackerKit allows to create a Pre-Order shop too so if you want to acquire an extra copy of the game or any of the Add-Ons you can do it through it 😊
Congratulations to the winners, they will be included in the official Artbook 🙂
Unicorn Special NPC!
Many people has asked about what will happen with the Unicorn Special NPC and the backers who pledged for it...
The good news is that as only 3 spots were left we decided to unlock it and include it in the game 🙂 plus to this, the backers who pledged for "Unicorn NPC!" Tierwill receive the exclusive figurine!
